AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

The Shea Butter Store makes a strong effort to maintain every item is in stock and available upon request. Sometimes we run short of some item(s) in stock at the time of order. We do guarantee that we will do everything we can to fill your order quickly and completely.

BACK ORDERS

We strive very hard to ensure that we maintain adequate inventory levels. However, often due to the unexpected demand for a particular item(s), we may be temporarily "out of stock." In this case, please tell us how to handle your back order. Usually, though the website will notify you in advance of out of stock items.

RETURNS

Any returns must be made within 5 days of the order date. Send products in their entirety in the original box. Enclose your invoice and a short letter noting the reason for the return. If the item is returned without damage, you will receive a full refund. We do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (20%) on return items. Damaged items must be reported to UPS and The Shea Butter Store within 48 hours of the delivery. Failure to do so will void any claims made by you. We will do our best to ship to you as soon as possible whatever was damaged in transit; however, we cannot replace damaged items using air services. We will not, under any circumstances, accept damage item reports after 48 hours have passed.

SHIPPING RATES IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Shipping is calculated directly from wither the US Postal service or FedEx. Note: Charges on some merchandise may be greater than listed due to weight and shipping dimensions. We will attempt to ship at the best rate possible and notify you of any cost adjustments prior to shipping. We are not responsible for US Postal or FedEx rate as we have to pay them too!

SHIPPING CHARGES OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Please note that shipping time may be longer.

SALES TAX
Maryland residents only: 5% sales tax will be added to your order. We hate taxes but it’s the law.

DISCOUNTS Discounts do not apply to shipping costs.
